I'm definitely going to give some of the recipes a go. Are you located in the UP? One of my favorite places. I love the porkies, actually enjoy the whole area. My family has a couple little vacation cabins in Manitowish Waters and I try to get to the UP as often as I can for hiking, kayaking, and just relaxing. Love finding and enjoying all the waterfalls, both the popular ones like Bond Falls as well as the ones that are less easy to find. My son really enjoys the snowboarding. Keep up the blog it looks like a lot of work but it must be fun too, hey, great website, your recipes look just like the kind of food my family eats.
