This Rice and Chicken Vegetable Casserole is another simple one dish meal recipe. There is very little prep time and if you are on a budget it is also very inexpensive. Just combine all the ingredients in a casserole dish and pop it in the oven. I like these kind of recipes, because there is very little clean up; helping save some time if you have a busy evening ahead of you. I though this Rice and Chicken Vegetable Casserole Recipe was very good as is, but as you can see it is very lightly seasoned, I’m sure could season to taste if you would like. My family thought it was excellent. I hope you enjoy.

I love Lasagna, except it always seems like a big project to make it. I have wanted to try Slow Cooker Lasagna, so I decided to give this Slow Cooker Lasagna Recipe a try. All the ingredients looked pretty good, but I wasn’t sure how the noodles would turn out; because the Lasagna noodles are not precooked. It was a pleasant surprise. The slow cooker handled the Lasagna noodles just fine. Because you don’t have to precook the noodles, there is a lot less prep time, than when you prepare a regular Lasagna recipe. This is defiantly going in my favorite’s box as another great, prepare it, set it and forget it recipe. The next time you are working on a busy schedule, and want to come home to a nice hot meal, give this Slow Cooker Lasagna Recipe a try, you and your family will love it. Enjoy

As far as I am concerned Chili is made for a slow cooker; the longer it cooks, the more delicious it is. What more can you ask for than to come home from work on a cold winters day to a hot bowl of chili. This Slow Cooker Venison Chili Recipe is a simple recipe that you can prepare in the morning, set it and forget it, and have a hot meal ready at the end of the day. If you don’t have any Venison on hand, just substitute beef burger instead. This Slow Cooker Venison Chili Recipe is a little on the nippy side, but you control the amount of heat you want by adjusting the amount of hot sauce you are adding to the recipe. Enjoy

I always look forward to the fall and the deer hunting season that it brings with it. I have had a pretty successful season and have been looking forward to preparing some Venison Stew. I had a very busy day coming up and decided on a Venison Stew Slow Cooker Recipe. I really needed something I could prepare in the morning so I could set it and forget it till dinner time that night. I had some out of town business to take care of and when I returned to the house that evening the delicious smell of the cooking Venison Stew filled the whole house.

This is pretty much a basic recipe and you could successfully alter the ingredients almost anyway you would like, or substitute beef stew meat in place of the Venison.

I know I’ve been hitting the slow cooker recipes a little heavy this Fall, but it’s been a very busy season for me. Being pinched for time again I decided on this Slow Cooker Teriyaki Pork Roast recipe. If you like Asian food you’ll love this recipe and its great combination of flavors. Normally I would of served this over rice, but for some reason I was in the mood for potatoes. Give it a try, my family loved it-it has very little prep time so you can prepare it, and forget it. Enjoy

It has been a long time since I cooked anything with barley in it. This Beef Barley Soup Recipe caught my eye, it sounded really good, and with the cold temperatures we’ve been having here in upper Michigan this week. I have had a very busy schedule and decided it was time to get the slow cooker out again. This recipe has very little prep time and takes care of itself once it’s in the slow cooker. If you are looking for a real good Beef Barley Soup Recipe this is it. Enjoy

This is a knock off of Wendy’s Chili Recipe. To be honest it has been a long time since I have had a bowl of Wendy’s Chili, but I do believe it comes pretty close. This is a delicious combination of flavors with not much prep time, but you do have to allow ample amount of time for simmering the chili. This recipe will serve about 12 people and would be a great dish for a cold Foot Ball Sunday afternoon-just add a few corn chips. Enjoy

Fall is in the air and chicken noodle soup is cooking in the slow cooker. I am one of those people that loves soup any time of the year. The temperature fell into the 50,s here; but has jumped back up to near 90. Highly unusual for us this time of year.
This Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe is a very simple recipe with very little prep time. Just prepare it and forget till you get close to eating time, then add the noodles. There are many ways you can change this up with whatever you may have on hand. The only suggestion I would make is add the thyme to taste, because it can very easily, over power the recipe. Enjoy
