I have wanted to prepare this Chicken Marsala Recipe for some time now, but had a problem locating the Marsala wine. I did not want to use a substitute because there just seems to be something special about the taste of this wine. This is a very simple recipe with not much prep or cooking time, and requires very few ingredients. This recipe is on the light side and was a tasty change from the recipes I normally prepare. At the end of the cooking process I added a little corn starch to thicken the sauce up a little bit and it turned out great. I think the next time I prepare this recipe I will also add some extra wine to increase the amount of sauce a little bit; but this time I prepared the recipe as is, and served over egg noodles it was excellent. If you’re looking for a light and low-carb recipe; give this Simple Chicken Marsala Recipe a try, and enjoy.

Living in a small town my recipes do not always come out as planned because certain ingredients are not always available. Marsala Chicken was on the menu for dinner, and a blog post ; but it did not happen because I could not find a place to purchase the wine. This was a low-carb recipe and I was looking forward to preparing it-so look for Marsala Chicken in an upcoming post.

In desperation I decided to give this Simple Italian Baked Chicken Breast Recipe a try. I had everything on hand; the recipe was simple, and very quick. The Italian seasoned coating was very good and the family really enjoyed it. This recipe calls for dipping the chicken in mayo and I thought, because of the thickness, that might be a little challenging, but it was not. I prepared the recipe as is. If you have the chicken chances are you have other ingredients on hand, give this Simple Italian Baked Chicken Breast Recipe a try- the end result is a moist and good tasting chicken dinner.

Wow! My slow cooker has been getting a lot of use lately. Spring time is busy and it allows me to prepare the recipes in my time frame. This Slow Cooker Italian Sausage and Pasta Recipe caught my eye because I have never attempted to cook pasta in the slow cooker. It worked out great as a one dish meal and the family wiped it right out. There were no leftovers. This is a very simple recipe with not a lot of prep time, you could put it on around 11 or 12; set it and forget it and finish it off just before supper time. If you’re running a busy schedule give this Slow Cooker Italian Sausage and Pasta Recipe a try and enjoy.

I am 60 years old and I can swear I have had spaghetti at least one time a week since I was born. Call it a comfort food or whatever you like that is just the way it is. The tradition lives on-this week I decided on this Italian Sausage Spaghetti Recipe. I have made this style of spaghetti before except I used bulk Italian instead of links. The original recipe calls for precooking the Italian Sausage links, but I decided to cook them from scratch by simmering them in the spaghetti sauce until they were done, which blended the flavors of the Italian spaghetti sauce, into the Italian sausage. This produced an excellent combination of flavors and was well worth the effort. I also added mushrooms and white wine to the original recipe and I marked these as optional. The next time you have spaghetti give this Italian Sausage Spaghetti Recipe and enjoy.

This is a very simple recipe without hardly any prep time. Buy the time the oven is preheated they are ready to go in. The propionate flavor in this recipe is the Parmesan cheese. I served this with homemade fries and a vegetable. If you’re in the mood for chicken nuggets, give this homemade Baked Chicken Nuggets Recipe a try and enjoy.

I have been on a roll to cut down on the red meat this week. The Turkey Meatloaf recipe came out so good I decide to give this Spaghetti and Turkey Meatball Recipe a try. This is another simple recipe with not a lot of prep or cooking time. If you prepare the meatballs and get those in the oven, while they are cooking you can prepare the sauce and spaghetti, and the timing comes out pretty good. This is a mildly seasoned recipe and you can pretty much season it to taste. I was pleasantly surprised; the Turkey Meatballs had a nice texture and tasted great. So if you want to cut down on the red meat a little bit give this Spaghetti and Turkey Meatball Recipe a try; it’s a great way to change things up on the healthy side.

I am always looking for a good stuffed shell recipe. I love stuffed shells but don’t like the amount of work that usually goes with them. When I saw this Pizza Stuffed Shell Recipe I decided to give it a try. This is a small recipe only calling for 12 jumbo shells to be used, but I am sure you could just double or triple the recipe for the amount required. Due to the ingredients being in smaller increments (only 12 shells) it cuts down on the prep time significantly, so if you’re in the mood for Italian tonight, give this Pizza Stuffed Shell Recipe a try. Enjoy

I love stuffed bell peppers but I don’t make them very often because they are quite a lot of work, depending on the recipe you are using. I have tried using recipes that require very little prep time and they come out ok, but I prefer the homemade start from scratch. I love rice and when I am in a hurry sometimes I will use the boil in a bag or instant rice, but I much prefer the cook from scratch. This Stuffed Bell Pepper Recipe takes has a lot of prep time because of having to pre cook the rice and blanch the peppers, but it is well worth the effort. This recipe will fill 4 extra large peppers or 6 medium to large. Cooking time will also very a little depending on the size of the peppers. I used 4 different colored peppers for this Stuffed Bell Pepper Recipe, but you can use any color sweet pepper. Enjoy
