Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe

Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe

Time was running late on me and I needed something quick and spotted the recipe card in the store that said “Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe”. I didn’t have a clue what Garam Masala was, which the recipe called for. (According to ask.com “Garam Masala is a blend of ground spices used extensively in Indian cuisine. The spices for garam masala are usually toasted to bring out more flavor and then ground. “) anyway this recipe came with a seasoning packet and I thought why not give it a try? I made a few small changes to the recipe; it was pretty good for something different.  It worked out well for something quick, and the family thought it was pretty good. If you’re in a hurry and want to try something a little different give this Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe a try. Enjoy
