I have wanted to prepare this Chicken Marsala Recipe for some time now, but had a problem locating the Marsala wine. I did not want to use a substitute because there just seems to be something special about the taste of this wine. This is a very simple recipe with not much prep or cooking time, and requires very few ingredients. This recipe is on the light side and was a tasty change from the recipes I normally prepare. At the end of the cooking process I added a little corn starch to thicken the sauce up a little bit and it turned out great. I think the next time I prepare this recipe I will also add some extra wine to increase the amount of sauce a little bit; but this time I prepared the recipe as is, and served over egg noodles it was excellent. If you’re looking for a light and low-carb recipe; give this Simple Chicken Marsala Recipe a try, and enjoy.

I love summer time cook outs. I enjoy doing the grilling more than anything else. I get to cook it, eat it, and above all get a lot out of watching my family and guests enjoy it. If you want to give your Family and friends a treat at your next cook out, give this Grilled Chicken Soft Tacos Recipe a try; it is delicious. The grilled flavor of the chicken is extraordinary and blends perfectly with the other ingredients. This is a good size recipe that makes 20 tacos depending on the size group you are feeding- just double it, or cut it in half. This recipe does take a little bit of time, but it is fun to prepare and well worth the effort. The next time you plan a summer party or get together give this Grilled Chicken Soft Tacos Recipe a try, and enjoy.

I am always looking for a good side dish to go with grilled food and this Red Potato Salad Recipe was perfect. You can fancy this recipe up anyway you would like most of the ingredients are optional so you can add or subtract ingredients to taste. Fresh red potatoes are so good in the summer; they just melt in your mouth. If you scrub them good before cooking there is hardly any skin left on the potato and they are great for preparing a potato salad. This is a great recipe for graduation parties or a Memorial Day cook out. The bacon in this recipe is a nice added touch. The next time you are having a cook or preparing for a graduation party out give this Red Potato Salad recipe a try. Enjoy

I love it when the fresh fruit season gets here. The only problem is it doesn’t last long enough. So much of it ends up in the freezer. However; it is real easy to use fresh frozen fruit to make a topping for ice cream or for anything else you might need a fresh fruit topping for. Freeze the fruit in a zip lock freezer bang so you can pour out just what you need. The recipe here is just for the fruit topping. You can use any type of fruit you want to use and it should come out just fine For this Banana Split I used blueberries, strawberries and hot fudge in the center topping it with whip cream, mixed nuts and a black berry on top of each scoop. If you’re in the mood for a summer time treat, give this Frozen Fruit Banana Split Recipe a try. It’s Great! Enjoy

I was so glad to get a chance to do a blog post for Dole because of the great quality that is put into the Dole products. I decided on this Grilled Hawaiian Bacon Burgers Recipe because it calls for sliced pineapple. If you have never tasted grilled pineapple before you are missing out on a treat. I had all I could do to keep my hands off of them- so there was enough left to put on the burgers. These burgers combine bacon, Swiss cheese and pineapple slices with some other ingredients for a delicious grilled burger. This recipe will yield 6 to 8 burgers depending on the size.

Living in a small town my recipes do not always come out as planned because certain ingredients are not always available. Marsala Chicken was on the menu for dinner, and a blog post ; but it did not happen because I could not find a place to purchase the wine. This was a low-carb recipe and I was looking forward to preparing it-so look for Marsala Chicken in an upcoming post.

In desperation I decided to give this Simple Italian Baked Chicken Breast Recipe a try. I had everything on hand; the recipe was simple, and very quick. The Italian seasoned coating was very good and the family really enjoyed it. This recipe calls for dipping the chicken in mayo and I thought, because of the thickness, that might be a little challenging, but it was not. I prepared the recipe as is. If you have the chicken chances are you have other ingredients on hand, give this Simple Italian Baked Chicken Breast Recipe a try- the end result is a moist and good tasting chicken dinner.

Enjoy

Wow! My slow cooker has been getting a lot of use lately. Spring time is busy and it allows me to prepare the recipes in my time frame. This Slow Cooker Italian Sausage and Pasta Recipe caught my eye because I have never attempted to cook pasta in the slow cooker. It worked out great as a one dish meal and the family wiped it right out. There were no leftovers. This is a very simple recipe with not a lot of prep time, you could put it on around 11 or 12; set it and forget it and finish it off just before supper time. If you’re running a busy schedule give this Slow Cooker Italian Sausage and Pasta Recipe a try and enjoy.

If you’re in the mood for Chili Dogs give this Bandito Chili Dogs Recipe a try; it’s really good. There is not a lot of prep time with this recipe, and it’s done in the slow cooke,r freeing up some time for you during the day. I followed the recipe right to the letter, but there is plenty of sauce, so you could increase the amount of the hot dogs without adding anything extra. I used the extra sauce over fries for chili dogs, it was perfect. The recipe calls for diced chilies; I used the mild; because I don’t like a lot of heat. Give this Slow Cooker Bandito Chili Dogs Recipe a try, you and your family will love it.
