If you have ever eaten a Hardees Mushroom burger; they are delicious. It’s all in the sauce, and if you are able to cook them on your grill at home they are even better t. I grilled these burgers and served them with fries topped with extra mushroom sauce, and they were sensational. For a knock off recipe I think this Hardees’s Mushroom and Swiss Burger Recipe is as close as it gets. The next time you fire up the grill give this simple recipe a try.   1. Thank you so much for the knock off recipe. The only Hardees close to us (35 miles) closed. This is my husband’s favorite. I have tried all different kinds of ways to fix the mushroom sauce only to have him it’s good but not as good as Hardees.

  3. If using canned mushrooms – Drain them.

  4. Do you add water to the soup?

  7. This is so awesome….Sometimes when we do go to Hardees, you have to hunt for the mushrooms and that sauce is so awesome. This will save a trip to Hardees.
