It’s the end of the gardening season here in Upper Michigan. I was able to pick corn one more time before it froze. Wow-Fresh corn on the cob and chicken. How good can it get!
This Italian chicken breast recipe served with corn on the cob along with mashed potatoes and gravy was just delicious. This is a simple recipe. There is not a lot of prep or cooking time. You Family or guests will love it.
Ingredients
1. 3 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast
2. 2 cups flour
3. 3 teaspoons salt
4. 1 teaspoon black pepper
5. 1 teaspoon paprika
6. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
7. 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning

Directions
1. Mix the spices and flour together.
2. Dip the chicken in the milk and coat with the flour mixture.
3. Place on a towel to dry.
4. Fry the chicken in some hot oil to brown on both sides.
5. Remove from the pan and place in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
6. Bake in an oven at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until done. Do not over cook.

7. Serve hot!
