It has been years since I have prepared Beans and Hotdogs so I decided to put this Simple Beans and Hotdogs Recipe on the menu. My kids really liked this recipe especially when it was done over a campfire. This oven version is pretty much the same except it’s baked in the oven. There is almost no prep time, and because it bakes for only forty minutes you can have beans and franks on the table in less than an hour. I prepared the recipe as written and for a Simple Beans and Hotdogs Recipe I thought it was pretty good. This is a great lunch for kids on the weekend, or possibly a good, and quick, after school supper. Give this one a try the next time you plan on serving hotdogs. Enjoy
