		<description>Oh, I love fried chicken. I usually use a deep fryer, but that&#039;s such a big production, so I don&#039;t do it very often. This approach of doing some frying and then finishing in the oven looks like a good way to cut down on the amount of oil needed and the fuss and muss. I&#039;d say the spice blend looks good in this recipe too. A touch of cayenne pepper might be nice.</description>
