I didn’t have a lot of time and there was a lot of things I needed to get done, but we all have to eat. I needed a, set and forget it recipe, and this Slow Cooker One Dish Swiss Steak Recipe appeared to be exactly what I wanted. It has it all, vegetables, meat and potatoes with very little prep time and the whole dinner is made in the slow cooker. I followed the recipe as written and the end result was a good tasting one dish supper with great tasting gravy. I think when I make this recipe again if I have the time I will omit the potatoes and serve a side dish of mashed potatoes to go with the gravy. If you’re in a rush, or just want to beat the heat, give this Slow Cooker One Dish Swiss Steak Recipe a try, and enjoy.
