With a holiday coming up I was starting to get pinched for time again and needed a simple recipe that wouldn’t take up much time. It cooled down a little bit here in Upper Michigan so I choose this Slow Cooker Traditional Beef Stew Recipe. This is a very simple recipe with almost no prep time; just set it, and forget it till supper time. The chances are you have most of the ingredients for this stew recipe on hand; it is mainly seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. However you can add almost any seasoning you want to spice it up a little bit, and with the gardening season right around the corner I’m sure any type of fresh vegetables you want to add to this Slow Cooker Traditional Beef Stew Recipe would make it even better, such as the little zucchinis, or summer squash, just out of the blossom stage. I prepared this recipe as is, and even though it was very simple; it was still real good. Enjoy
