Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream Recipe
Wow this is one of the best. It is strawberry season and this is a great treat for the 4th of July. It has been awhile since I used my Ice cream Machine. When I saw this recipe I had to give it a try. It was defiantly worth the effort. Your Family will love it. Enjoy.
Ingredients
1. 8 0z cream cheese
2. ½ cup sugar
3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
4. ½ teaspoon vanilla
5. ¾ cup fresh pureed strawberries
6. 1 cup half and half
Directions
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth . Refrigerate for one hour to chill.
2. Follow directions for your Ice Cream Machine.
