Wow, this is one of the best. It is the strawberry season and this is a great treat for the 4th of July. It has been a while since I used my Ice cream Machine.

Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients

- 8 0z cream cheese
- ½ cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ¾ cup fresh pureed strawberries
- 1 cup half and half
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Refrigerate for one hour to chill.
- Follow directions for your Ice Cream Machine.
