We all seemed to be in the mood for Asian food but we just did not have the time to go the distance to the nearest Chinese Buffet; so we decided to do the next best thing and cook our own. Really I think you could argue the point that the homemade is better, at least you know what’s going in it.

This Chinese Beef Recipe is not a lot different than many stir fry recipes. It is just cooked a little different. I thought the addition of fresh tomatoes was a nice addition because I usually don’t see them in this type of dish.

The next time you’re in the mood for Asian food, put this homemade Chinese Beef Recipe on the menu; it’s really good.

I had to go out of town again for the afternoon, so being short on time, I decided on another slow cooker recipe. This Slow Cooker Asian Style Round Steak Recipe reminded me a lot of Chop Suey so I decided to give it a try. Slow Baked Asian Style Chicken Wings Recipe

Slow Baked Asian Style Chicken Wings Recipe

This Slow Baked Asian Style Chicken Wings recipe caught my eye because it comes from the freezer, to the oven, and then onto the plate. Most chicken wings recipes call for marinating the wings which takes some time plus if they are frozen you have to allow time for them to thaw. This is like; if I only had remembered to pull the wings from the freezer last night. This recipe starts from the frozen state and cooks at low temperature. Once it’s in the over you have to check in on it, and baste the wings every 30 to forty minutes; Very easy. The wings come out very tender, juicy and tasty. The next time you’re looking for a ball game recipe, or a good family treat, give this Slow Baked Asian Style Chicken Wings Recipe a try, and enjoy.
