Meatball Stroganoff Recipe

Meatballs have always been a favorite dish in this house so I decided to put this Meatball Stroganoff Recipe on the menu for supper. I changed the recipe up a little bit by using a mixture of pork and venison instead of hamburger. Mainly because I had some venison in the freezer I wanted to use up.

The venison worked out very well in the recipe, but if you don’t have venison on hand I am sure a good quality of lean ground beef would be just as good. In less than an hour you can have this Meatball Stroganoff dish on the table for dinner. Give this one a try, it’s really good.

This Taco Burgers Recipe is as simple as it gets. Taco seasoning and corn chips get mixed into the burger and it is topped with cream cheese. If you like Tacos you are sure to like this recipe. I was really tempted to prepare this on the grill which I am sure would have made it much better; but it was snowing and cold. I don’t use the broiler much but it seemed to work out real well for this recipe.

Simple Hamburger Pie Recipe with Garlic Mashed Potatoes

I seem to be on a role this week for very simple recipes. This Simple Hamburger Pie Recipe with Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Is another one of those simple, but good tasting recipes. Again there is plenty of room for improvement, but is very good just like it is. So to stick with the basic theme of the recipe; I prepared the recipe as written.

I think this Hamburger Pie Recipe is very close to a Sheppard’s Pie except with fewer ingredients. The most time consuming part of the recipe, is having to prepare the mashed potatoes. I was so glad to get a chance to do a blog post for Dole because of the great quality that is put into the Dole products. I decided on this Grilled Hawaiian Bacon Burgers Recipe because it calls for sliced pineapple. If you have never tasted grilled pineapple before you are missing out on a treat. I had all I could do to keep my hands off of them- so there was enough left to put on the burgers. These burgers combine bacon, Swiss cheese and pineapple slices with some other ingredients for a delicious grilled burger. This recipe will yield 6 to 8 burgers depending on the size.
