Slow Cooler Thai Pork with Peppers Recipe

slow cooker thai pork with peppers recipe

It has been raining so much I haven’t had time to get much outdoor work done. There is a little bit of a break in the rain so I decided on this Slow Cooler Thai Pork with Peppers Recipe so I could get some work done while supper is cooking.

This recipe was prepared as written – I thought it was pretty good but the next time I would add the peppers to the pork mixture later in the cooking process so they don’t get over cooked. The original recipe called for red bell peppers, I used yellow, because that is what I had on hand. The red obviously would give the dish a little bit of color.

I you’re looking for a Slow Cooker Asian recipe give this one a try.

Baked Pork Chop with Gravy

I asked my wife what she wanted for dinner, and she said, “you know we haven’t had pork chops in awhile”, well it sounded like a good idea to me so I found this Baked Pork Chops with Gravy Recipe. I like the idea that the recipe called for white wine because it’s a good tenderizer. Sure enough the pork chops were so tender they would melt in your mouth, and the gravy that went along with them was an excellent combination with mashed potatoes. Next time you’re in the mood for pork, give this Baked Pork Chops with Gravy Recipe a try and enjoy.

Apple Glazed Pork Recipe

This is the first post of many here at Cully’s Kitchen. Apple glazed pork is a delicious way to prepare pork chops. The glaze is a combination of apple cider and brown sugar. A little thyme and rosemary are added to only enhance the flavors of the glaze even more. The pork chops are first pan fried, and then the ingredients for the glaze are added to the pan. The dish is then topped with sautéed apples and onions. This dish will quickly become a family favorite. This dish is extremely easy and can be on the table in less than an hour. Stick around for many more great recipes.
