Freeze Tomatoes

You can easily freeze fresh raw tomatoes by slicing them into 1/2-inch slices. Freeze the slices for 2 hours on a baking sheet. Remove the slices from the pan and place them in freezer bags or containers. Tomatoes can be frozen whole, sliced, chopped, puréed, raw, or cooked. Tomatoes do not require blanching before freezing.
