Green Tea

Green tea is not nearly as popular in the West as black tea. Green tea is the most popular tea in Japan and portions of China, and it is gaining popularity in the United States. Green teas can have a wide range of flavours depending on where they were grown, how they were processed when picked, etc. Sweet, bittersweet, nutty, vegetal, buttery, floral, marshy, fruity, and oceanic adjectives for good grade green tea.
