Natural Light Nutrition Facts

natural light

You’ve probably heard about Natural Light seltzer if you’re a beer enthusiast. This reduced-calorie lager was first introduced in 1977 by Anheuser-Busch. It contains water, barley malt, cereal grains, yeast, and hops. One serving of 28 gm has 5 grams of carbohydrates and 0.2 grams of protein. Its alcohol content is 4.2% by volume, high enough to send you blackout-bound. Here are two flavors of natural Light, strawberry lemonade and natural Light pale lager.

Each has slightly more alcohol than the other two brews, so it’s best to consult your health advisor before drinking.
