Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2/3 cup frozen Blueberries
  • ½ cup organic Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • ½ cup cold Fruit Juice ( for this recipe I used White Grape Juice)
  • 1 Tablespoon Wheat Germ

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until it reaches your desired consistency.
  2. You can play with this a little by using different flavors of Fruit Juice.
