For Meatballs

lbs of ground beef or ( mixed
50/50
ground pork )
¾ cups
bread crumbs.

egg beaten.,
½ cup
water
¼ teaspoon
nutmeg
½ teaspoon
pepper
Sauce
2 Tablespoons
drippings from browning meatballs
3 Tablespoons
of flour
2 ½ cups
water
1
package dry onion soup mix
1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
½ cup
light cream

Prevent your screen from going dark
Instructions
Mix and form meatballs- brown lightly in a skillet.
Place meatballs in a casserole dish.
For the sauce-bring the water to a boil and slowly add the rest of the ingredients.
Pour over the meatballs and bake covered for 45 minutes at 350F degrees.
