Wow; talk about sticker shock. It’s been a long time since I purchased turkey parts, and if my memory serves me right, they were pretty cheap in the past. Not so this time, it looks like the price really took a jump.
Anyway; enough of the crying.
This Slow Cooker Turkey Thighs Pot Roast Recipe caught my eye because of another busy afternoon coming up I needed a good, set and forget it type of recipe. I don’t do turkey in the slow cooker very often and thought I would give this a try. There is very little prep time with this recipe, which makes it even better. The seasoning blends well with the turkey and vegetables, and when the turkey is finished cooking all the vegetables are done at about the same time. For a one dish meal I thought this recipe was pretty good so the next time you want to use your slow cooker give this Slow Cooker Turkey Thighs Pot Roast Recipe a try. Enjoy

2 celery ribs (cut into 2 inch pieces)
1 medium onion (peeled and quartered)
3 garlic cloves (peeled and sliced)
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray and combine the potatoes, onion, carrots, celery, garlic and broth in the bottom.
2. Place turkey thighs over the vegetables and sprinkle the Season Salt, thyme, parsley and pepper over the top.
3. Cover and cook on low for 5-5 1/2 hours or until juices run clear. (Internal temperature for turkey should be 180F.)

Any chance this could be done w/ turkey legs instead? How would cooking time need to adjusted, if so?
Sure you could-just keep the cooking time the same.
