Slow Cooker Turkey Thighs Pot Roast Recipe

Wow; talk about sticker shock. It’s been a long time since I purchased turkey parts, and if my memory serves me right they were pretty cheap in the past. Not so this time, it looks like the price really took a jump.

Anyway; enough of the crying.

This Slow Cooker Turkey Thighs Pot Roast Recipe caught my eye because of another busy afternoon coming up I needed a good, set and forget it type of recipe. I don’t do turkey in the slow cooker very often and thought I would give this a try. There is very little prep time with this recipe, which makes it even better. The seasoning blends well with the turkey and vegetables, and when the turkey is finished cooking all the vegetables are done at about the same time. For a one dish meal I thought this recipe was pretty good, so the next time you want to use your slow cooker give this Slow Cooker Turkey Thighs Pot Roast Recipe a try. Enjoy
