Grilled Mushroom Recipe on Skewers

Yum Print This Post Print This Post
This is a simple grilled mushroom recipe that goes great with any steak. Be sure to soak the skewers in water overnight to keep them from catching fire. I used portabella mushrooms with this recipe but any good quality mushroom will work. I pretty much filled 3 skewers with this recipe. If you need more just double it. If you are having guests for dinner what a great combination. A grilled steak with a skewer of mushrooms alongside of it. Looks great!
