Taco Tater Tots Casserole Recipe

I have incorporated tater tots into a number of recipes and it seems like they are always pretty good. We had decided on Tacos for supper and then I ran across this Taco Tater Tots Casserole Recipe and decided to give it a try. I followed the recipe as written and the results were really good. This is a mildly seasoned recipe so I would recommend you season it to taste. This is a good size recipe and should feed 6-8 people unless you have some heavy eaters. This is not only a good supper recipe, but would also be great for parties or pot luck suppers. The next time you’re in the mood for Tacos, or a Mexican dish; give this Taco Tater Tots Casserole Recipe a try, it’s really good. Enjoy

Tater Tots are more of an American thing (than Canadian), and what the heck is “Mexican cheese”?. Whilst researching Mexican-type casseroles, I came across this one. Not sure if adding Tater Tots to a casserole is YOUR original idea, but if it is, all I can say is that it is BEYOND brilliant!! Insane!! I hope it is so I can praise you again. I will be making this on the weekend regardless.
