We are getting much closer to winter here in Upper Michigan, I don’t grill quite as much during the fall and winter months, but I still love the grilled food. We do not have a Outback Steak House in our area, but I have been fortunate enough to eat at one, while I was out of town on business. I do think it was outstanding. When I ran across this knockoff recipe for Outback Steakhouse Grilled Steak I had to give it a try. With fresh mushrooms and baked potatoes it was delicious. Enjoy!
