Simple Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

This Simple Strawberry Smoothie Recipe makes a great breakfast or lunch. We put it together for a snack. Very simple to make and a delicious treat. there is very little prep time. I used fresh berries- but I am sure frozen would work just as well and with any other type of berry. Enjoy
Ingredients
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 bananas (in small pieces)
1 tablespoon liquid honey
1/2 cup fresh fruit or frozen strawberries
Directions
Blend it all together in a blender
