Just wanted to let you know that I tried this out yesterday and it was FANTASTIC! I’ve tried many brats & kraut recipes over the years, and my German boyfriend said it is his favorite yet! My only change was pouring a lager-style beer over top all the ingredients at the beginning, since we’re beer brat traditionalists :) Thanks for the great recipe that will become a staple in our house!
