When you’re hosting a party weather its game day or some other special get together its nice you can have food prepared that is ready to serve. This Baked Chili Dog recipe fits the situation nicely. All the condiments are already added to the hot dogs and they are ready to eat when they come out of the oven. I prepared this recipe as written but you can easily add or subtract any of the ingredients you like. 8 hot dogs
8 hot dog buns
1 can of chili with beans (14.5 ounces)
1/ 2 cup onion (chopped)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350F.
1. Coat the inside of each hot dog bun with mayonnaise, mustard and sweet relish. Then add the hot dogs to each bun.
2. Top the hot bogs with the chili, cheese and then the onion.
3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Tip: serve with corn chips as an added condiment.
