Creamy Potatoes with Ham Recipe

Creamy Potatoes with Ham Recipe

I was looking for a one dish meal I could put together quickly because I didn’t have a lot of time to do the prep work. This Creamy Potatoes with Ham Recipe is really good with almost no prep time, but you do have to allow a good hour for it to bake because the hash browns are cooked from frozen.  The original recipes calls for cubed ham, but the local store was running chopped ham on sale so I decided to give it a try-which I think worked out better because the ham blended throughout the hash browns.

If your busy and have something that has to be done while you cooking, give this Creamy Potatoes with Ham Recipe a try. You and family will love it. Enjoy
