A traditional American dish, hamburger soup is composed of lean ground beef, sour tomato broth, and lots of vegetables. Ground meat, crisp potatoes, and veggies are in a hearty tomato broth. It combines the pleasure of savoring a juicy hamburger with the coziness of tomato soup.

The tastiest meals have occasionally been made using the most basic ingredients. I set a freezer bag upright in my little baggie holder and put one serving into each baggie. I take it out of the freezer the night before or in the morning when I need a quick lunch and microwave it for the perfect dinner.

As the stew cooks, whisk a teaspoon of flour and a small amount of cold water to produce a slurry. Avoid stirring dry flour into the stew since it can clump. Bring the stew to a boil, then add the slurry.

To thicken the stew to your preferred consistency, combine the same parts of butter and flour in a small pan until they resemble play dough. When you sear the meat, you can add the flour, The flavor of the flour will be cooked off, and the starch will be able to swell if the stew is meat-based (aka before adding any liquid).

You can remove the Worcestershire sauce in a pinch, although it provides a wonderful background flavor. For this recipe, you can use dried or fresh herbs such as oregano, thyme, and parsley. Red or yellow potatoes can also be used in place of russet potatoes. Frozen peas and corn will both work well in this situation.
