The preparation time for this homemade enchilada sauce is about fifteen minutes. It has the ideal combination of basic spices, which results in the greatest enchiladas you’ve ever had. Unless you turn it up to 11, this is not a particularly fiery or hot sauce. If you are planning on preparing a large number of enchiladas, you may multiply the ingredients in this recipe by two or three.
