Sapodilla is high in fiber and beneficial to digestive health, heart health, and weight management. A previous study evaluated the fiber content of 37 regularly sold Thai fruits, including durian, guava, apple, Chinese pear, and star fruit, and found that sapodilla had the most fiber.
