Asian Baked Pork Chop Recipe

A simple recipe. This Asian Pork Chop recipe has a unique blend of flavors. My first thought when I saw the recipe called for honey-was sweet and sour pork. It is not even close.
It has a flavor all its own. It is just delicious and very simple to prepare. Serve with mashed potatoes and use the leftover juice to make a great tasting gravy. Your Family or Guests will love it. I hope you enjoy.
