Asian Baked Pork Chop Recipe

A simple recipe. This Asian Pork Chop recipe has a unique blend of flavors. My first thought when I saw the recipe called for honey-was sweet and sour pork. It is not even close. It has a flavor all its own. It is just delicious and very simple to prepare. Serve with mashed potatoes and use the left over juice to make a great tasting gravy. Your Family or Guests will love it. I hope you enjoy.

1. 2-4 boneless pork chops
2. ¼ cup chicken broth
3. 1/8 cup honey
4. 1/8 cup soy sauce
5. 1 tablespoon ketchup
6. ¼ teaspoon ginger
7. 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
1. Brown the pork chops on both sides.
2. Place in a greased casserole dish. (or use cooking spray)
3. Combine all the ingredients and pour over the pork chops.
5. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Turn the chops over after about 30 minutes into the cooking cycle.
Enjoy
