It has been awhile since I prepared any Mexican meals. When my son suggested burritos I thought it was a great idea. Plain are pretty good, but I decided to fancy it up a little bit. The addition of fresh tomatoes, sour cream, fresh green onions, then filled and topped with shredded cheese, turned this recipe into a delicious work of art. This Supreme Recipe is a good recipe, but don’t be afraid to play with it by adding the extra ingredients you and your family like. Enjoy

I tried this last night and it was soooo tasty. My husband went nutzo for it. I tried it originally because I wanted a change from enchiladas. It’s the one thing he’ll tell me he wants. Not anymore! Now there’s two. ;) Thanks for the recipe!
