Ihop Pancake Recipe

Maybe or maybe not. But I have to say this is one of the best pancakes I have ever tasted. The addition of the cream of wheat makes it- just excellent. If you like pancakes give this one a try. It is a very simple, and  quick recipe. If this is not one of Ihops recipes it should be.

Ingredients

1. 1 1/4 cups flour
2. 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
3. 1/3 cup cream of wheat (1 minute kind)
4. 1 egg
5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
6. 1/3 cup sugar
7. 1 teaspoon baking powder
8. 1 teaspoon baking soda
9. 1/4 cup vegetable oil

I’m not sure I’d say IHOP, but they were definitely delicious. I ended up using malt-o-meal, replaced some of the buttermilk with milk/vinegar mixture and some light sour cream, plus smashed up a banana. They were great. Thanks for posting this recipe.
