General Tso’s Chicken Recipe

General Tso’s Chicken Recipe

This General Tso’s Chicken Recipe takes a little bit of time but it is pretty simple. The thing I liked about this recipe, is that  it doesn’t call for the dried red chili peppers. We live in a small town, and it was impossible to find these in the store. This recipe is very popular in the Asian buffets and I had to give it a try. You can use the red pepper flakes to turn up the heat as much as you would like. I used a deep fryer to fry the chicken, which worked out very well, but if you don’t have a deep fryer; I am sure a frying pan or a wok would work just as well. Serve Generals Tso’s Chicken over rice and its like bringing part of the Asian Buffet home. Enjoy
