One Dish Pork Chops with Rice Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless pork chops (1-1½ inches thick)
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 can tomato sauce (15 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon thyme
  • 1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
  • 1½ cups chicken broth
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet using the oil, lightly brown the pork chops and onion over medium high heat.
