Swedish Meatball Recipe

3. 1 egg beaten.,
4. ½ cup water
5. ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
6. ½ teaspoon pepper

Sauce
1. 2 Tablespoons drippings from browning meatballs
2. 3 Tablespoons of flour
3. 2 ½ cups water
4. 1 package dry onion soup mix
5. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
6. ½ cup light cream

Directions
1. Mix and form meatballs- brown lightly in a skillet.
2. Place meatballs in a casserole dish.
3. For the sauce-bring the water to a boil and slowly add the rest of the ingredients.
4. Pour over the meatballs and bake covered for 45 minutes at 350F degrees.
