How to cook tofu?

Steps of cooking tofu-
- Toss diced Tofu with 1-2 tablespoons olive oil and season well with salt and pepper before baking. Bake for 30-40 minutes on a baking sheet at 450 degrees F, flipping once, until golden and crisp on the outside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat one tablespoon olive oil. Cook, occasionally rotating, until the cubed Tofu is brown and crisp on the exterior, about 15 minutes.
- Heat the grill to a medium-high setting. Drain, wipe dry, and slice or steak the tofu block into 1/2-3/4′′ slices or steaks. For one hour, marinate in your favorite marinade (we enjoy teriyaki sauce). Place the Tofu on the grill after removing it from the marinade. Cook for 3 minutes per side, flipping once until deep grill marks emerge.
Drain the water from the tofu packet. Using a clean dishtowel or paper towels, pat dry. Some people use a tofu press or a makeshift press of a pot on top of the Tofu and a cloth to press their Tofu; I skip this step. Cut the Tofu into the shape you choose. 1-inch chunks, 2-inch triangles, and 1/2-inch thick steaks are also excellent choices.
